On October 10, 2026, Chub-e Sabz became an instituted Grotto. Our founding weekend is part of our history; the fellowship and service continue.

A beginning shared by Brothers.
Our institution took place in conjunction with the annual Cave Degree at Great Saltpetre Cave in Livingston, Kentucky. The setting connects Chub-e Sabz to the landscape and Masonic fellowship of our region.
Named for “green wood” and based in Greenwood, Kentucky, our Grotto brings Master Masons together across lodge lines. The photographs preserve ordinary fellowship around our founding weekend; protected ceremonial work has no place in the public gallery.
